This email campaign was created to show the user a unique end-of-year experience of their policy information.
Goal: to retain customers better by showing them interesting content regarding their policy throughout the year.
Message: the design makes the users policy over the course of the year easy to understand and it gives the user the interesting highlights.
Audience: most of the elements in the email are customized to show the details of each individual customers’ policy.
Placement: the design is fairly simple to accommodate for the short attention span an email viewer has, the limited space used in emails (especially on mobile devices), and to get the important details across as simply as possible.
Research: with this piece, we focused on the fact that most of these customers will be more interested in information pertaining to their own policy.
